Urgent requirement : Area Sales Manager – HD Trucks Position: Area Sales Manager Location: Chennai, Ahmedabad & Thane Employment Type: Full Time Experience: Minimum 2–7 years in sales (HD Trucks / Construction Equipment / Heavy Machinery) Notice Period: 60 Days salary : Budget is upto 30 lpa Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage frontline sales team for HD trucks. Drive sales generation, business development, and market share growth. Engage and manage dealer networks to strengthen channel performance. Conduct customer profiling, training dealer sales teams, and ensuring process adherence. Execute business development activities and competition analysis. Build strong customer engagement to drive satisfaction and long-term growth. Mandatory Qualifications: BE/B.Tech or MBA (mandatory) Consistent academic record (minimum 60% throughout) Skills Required: Sales Generation & Channel Management Business Development Activities Key Account Management People Management & Leadership Negotiation & Stakeholder Management Financial & Operational Acumen Ideal Candidate: Proven track record in leading sales teams to achieve targets. Strong background in HD Trucks / Construction Equipment / Heavy Machinery sector. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Stability in career (2–2.5 years average tenure in past roles preferred).
