Inside Sales Executive

We’re Hiring: Inside Sales Executive Location: Noida (Work from Office) CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum Experience: 1 – 3 Years Key Responsibilities: Lead generation through outbound calls & emails Understand customer needs & suggest solutions Support field sales team with scheduling & follow-ups Maintain records in CRM & achieve sales targets Collaborate with marketing on outreach strategies Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree (BBA preferred) 1–3 years in Inside Sales / Telesales / Business Development Strong communication & interpersonal skills Confident in cold calling & objection handling Proficient in CRM software & MS Office Perks & Benefits: Fixed salary + Attractive incentives Growth & internal promotions Training & skill development Friendly, energetic work culture Working Days: Mon – Sat (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM) Joining: Early joiners preferred (within 30 days)
