We are seeking an experienced Head of Product & Innovation to spearhead our efforts in building decentralized applications, NFT launchpad integration, and driving transformative innovation.

Role Overview: The Head of Product & Innovation will play a pivotal role in leading the development of cutting-edge decentralized applications and NFT launchpad integration. This position requires a visionary leader with a robust background in Web2 or Web3 technologies, a profound understanding of tokens, NFT exchanges, and a knack for early-stage innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Drive the strategy and execution of decentralized applications, NFT launchpad integration, and other innovative projects in alignment with the company's mission.

• Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of NFT launchpads, tokens, and decentralized applications. Implement cutting-edge technology to drive innovation.

• Innovative Development: Lead the design and development of decentralized applications, ensuring their usability, security, and effectiveness.

• NFT Launchpad Expertise: Manage the implementation of NFT launchpad on a partner platforrm, leveraging expertise in the NFT ecosystem and exchanges.

• Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships in the Web3 space, collaborating with key players to amplify our impact.

• Analytics and Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize product performance. Establish metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior product role within a Web2 or Web3 environment, ideally in successful early-stage innovation.

• Profound knowledge of Web3 technologies, tokens, NFTs, and decentralized applications.

• Hands-on experience with NFT launchpads and NFT exchanges.

• Demonstrated success in driving innovative product development aligned with company goals.

• Strong understanding of Gen Z consumers, education, and their preferences (preferred but not mandatory).

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of leading a remote and diverse team.
