As we continue to expand our portfolio and pipeline, we're looking for an experienced consultant to support us on strategic investment and transaction-related initiatives.

🔍 The Role As a Real Estate Investment Consultant, you will work directly with the founding team to:

Research markets and identify attractive investment opportunities

Lead or support due diligence processes

Build and review financial models and business plans

Assist with deal structuring and transaction execution

Prepare investment memoranda and reports for internal and external stakeholders

Provide strategic input on asset management and value creation initiatives

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to contribute to high-impact real estate investments from day one.

🧠 Your Profile 3–8 years of experience in real estate investment, advisory, private equity, or asset management

Strong skills in financial modelling, market analysis, and valuation

Independent, reliable, and proactive working style

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Fluent in French; strong English required

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Argus or similar tools is a plus

Based in Luxembourg or open to remote collaboration
