Laura Klitgaard

Laura Klitgaard is an experienced professional in the engineering and construction management sectors. Since January 2013, Laura has held multiple leadership positions at IDA, including Formand for the Ingeniørforeningens bestyrelse and Bestyrelsesmedlem for IDA BYG and IDA Nords Regionsråd. Additionally, Laura serves as Formand for Engineer the Future and IDA Forsikring, and as a member of various boards, including Utzon Center and IDA Conference. With a background as Bygherrerådgiver for COWI and Mariagerfjord Kommune, and an educational foundation in Civil Engineering and Architecture from Aalborg University, Laura’s expertise encompasses project management, construction coordination, and facilitating sustainable building practices.
