Manuel Hochheimer has a diverse range of work experience. Manuel is currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Washington Branches at Idaho Central Credit Union, leading their entry and expansion into the Washington market. Prior to this role, Manuel held various positions at Numerica Credit Union, including Assistant Vice President of Corporate and External Relations, Assistant Vice President of Business Development, and Business Development Manager. Manuel also served as a member of the Board of Directors and a current member of Spokane Rotary Club 21 at Rotary International. Manuel was a Member of the Mayor's Advisory Council on Multicultural Affairs for the City of Spokane and a Board Member of Spokane County United Way Emerging Leaders Society (ELS) at United Way. Additionally, they worked as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch and began their banking career at FirstBank, where they worked their way up to Branch Management.

Manuel Hochheimer has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and Economics from Whitworth University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management, graduating cum laude, from Colorado State University.

In addition to their formal education, Manuel holds several certifications. Manuel completed the Western CUNA Management School's Sigma Class in 2021. Manuel also received Trainer Certifications from the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) in various fields, including CUNA Creating Member Loyalty (CML) Sales Leadership Strategies in 2014, CUNA Creating Member Loyalty (CML) Sales Strategies Core & Referral in 2014, and CUNA Creating Member Loyalty (CML) Service Strategies in 2013. Furthermore, Manuel is registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System, holding the NMLS #835834 certification.
