Matthew Krahn is currently a Medical Student at Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they were an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Boise State University from 2020 to 2021, where they conducted research on wild-type, gene knock-out, and gene knock-in of E. Coli. Matthew collaborated with an undergraduate team to determine the respective effects of gene modification on bacterial metabolism. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Calculus Tutor at Boise State University, where they gave individual and group instruction, and assistance to solve complex problems for many of the undergraduate math courses offered. Matthew also held the position of Teacher Assistant at Boise State University from 2017 to 2018.
Matthew Krahn attended Boise State University from 2016 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Medicine/Chemistry. Matthew is currently enrolled at Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine, where they are pursuing a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
