Jack Macrae

Jack MacRae has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jack began their career in 1986 serving as an Officer in the Artillery for the US Army until 1990. Jack then worked as an Associate at Baker & Hostetler LLP from 1993 to 1994, followed by a role as an Associate at Kramer Rayson LLP from 1994 to 1996.

In 1996, they joined Safety & Ecology Holdings Corporation as the CFO & International Operations, a position they held until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, Jack served as the CFO/VP Risk & Administrative Services at RELYANT, LLC.

In 2014, they became the President of TeamLogic IT of West Knoxville, where they held leadership responsibilities until joining North Wind Solutions as the Business Manager in 2015. In this role, they managed various business functions including accounting, contracts and procurement, human resources, and more, supporting TWPC, a CAT III Nuclear Facility.

Jack'smost recent position was with North Wind Group, where they served as the Director of Contracts since 2017. In this role, Jack oversaw all contracting and procurement functions, managed a team of over 20 personnel, and supported strategic initiatives and special projects.

Throughout their career, Jack has gained valuable experience in various industries and has held leadership positions with a focus on finance, operations, and business management.

Jack MacRae has a JD degree in Law from the University of Tennessee College of Law (1990-1993). Jack also holds an EMBA degree in Business from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee (2002). Furthermore, they completed their undergraduate education at Miami University, earning a BA degree in Political Science (1982-1986).
