Nicole Gooch

Nicole Gooch is a Business System Analyst at Idaho Power, having progressed from an Analyst - Contractor role within the same company from March 2016 to December 2016. Nicole has extensive experience in process analysis, technology roadmap development, and presenting findings to leadership. Prior to Idaho Power, Nicole spent nearly nine years at SUPERVALU, advancing from an IT Service Management Intern to Technical Analyst III, where responsibilities included managing IT Configuration Management processes, supporting Help Desk tools, and coordinating documentation efforts. Nicole began a career in sales and office assistance at Cabin Company and holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management from Boise State University.
