Scott Pugrud

Scott Pugrud currently serves as Corporate Counsel at Idaho Power since March 2020. Prior to this role, Scott was the Administrator at the Governor's Office of Species Conservation from January 2019 to March 2020. Additionally, Scott held the position of Deputy Administrator and Legal Counsel at the Governor's Office of Energy and Mineral Resources from September 2012 to January 2019. Scott earned a law degree from Willamette University College of Law between 2008 and 2011.
