Amit Arora has extensive work experience in various roles within the finance and technology sectors. Amit currently serves as the Chief of Strategy for Cyber and GRC Functions at IDB Bank. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Ticky Inc and a Principal ERM Technology Consultant at Bank of Leumi. Amit has also held positions such as Information Security Chief Implementation Strategist at CLS Group, Head of Enterprise Data Governance at Macy's, and Data Governance Consultant at Verizon Wireless. Amit's earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Enterprise Risk Management at CIT and as an Independent IT Strategy Consultant for companies such as NRG Energy Inc and Golden Tree Asset Management. Amit co-founded Quantilus Inc and worked as the Chief Financial Officer before that. Early in their career, Amit served as the Director of Project Delivery at RSG Media Systems.
Amit Arora completed their Bachelors degree in Commerce from Delhi University from 1987 to 1990. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in Business Administration and Management from Mount St. Marys, New Delhi, between 1983 and 1987. Amit completed their high school education at St. Josephs College in Nainital from 1979 to 1983.
