Carlos Carvajal

Carlos Carvajal has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on commercial real estate lending and portfolio management. Carlos served as a Vice President at IDB Bank, where they supported Relationship Managers with their daily loan, deposit, cash management, and compliance needs. At Santander Bank, they worked as a Credit Officer in Credit Risk Management, structuring and underwriting various types of loans and conducting annual reviews of loan portfolios. Carlos also held the position of Commercial Portfolio Loan Officer in the CRE Portfolio Management Group at TD, where they managed a portfolio of commercial real estate loans and supported loan extensions, modifications, and restructures.

Carlos Carvajal completed their Bachelor of Science in Finance from Manhattan College between 1995 to 1999. Carlos later pursued a Diploma in Credit Analysis from New York University, which they completed between 2002 to 2004.
