Gary Elbaum

Gary Elbaum has a wealth of experience in HR transformation and operations. Gary currently holds the position of SVP, Head of HR Transformation, HR Operations, and Total Rewards at IDB Bank. Prior to this, they worked at Citi as SVP, Global Total Rewards, where they were responsible for overseeing the design and operations of global equity and deferred compensation programs for 250,000 employees across 95 countries. Before Citi, they held roles at Marsh & McLennan Companies and Mellon HR Solutions, where they played integral roles in HR transformation initiatives and benefits program redesign. Gary also worked as an Employee Benefits Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Gary Elbaum holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Yeshiva University. Gary also holds a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification from the Certified Equity Professional Institute at Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business, obtained in 2007.
