Rony Porat

Rony Porat has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rony began their career in 1993 as the Co-Founder and Manager of Jimatex Textile Ltd, where they were responsible for marketing and sales in the wholesale fabric sector. In 2001, they transitioned to Discount Bank as a Financial Advisor, where they worked until 2006. In 2006, they joined IDB Bank as a Deputy Representative and later took on roles such as First Vice President, IDB Bank Representative in Brazil, Head of Operations, and Senior Vice President. Their most recent role at IDB Bank started in May 2013, but the end date is not specified.

Rony Porat completed an MBA degree in Finance from FIA Business School from 2009 to 2011. Earlier, from 2000 to 2001, they studied Mathematics and Statistics at Ashkelon Academic College. Rony also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Estácio, obtained between 1991 and 1994. Currently, they are pursuing a specialization course in Budget & Management skills from Harvard Business School, which they started in 2019.
