Ana Hernandez is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in project management and business analysis. Currently serving as an Information Technology Officer at IDB Invest since August 2019, Ana leads program and project management initiatives. Prior to this role, a successful freelance IT consultant provided technology solutions and project management practices to home users and small businesses from September 2016 to August 2019. Ana has a history of IT project management at Avianca, including roles as IT Project Manager from August 2012 to September 2016 and IT Project Coordinator from January 2009 to August 2012. Beginning a career as an IT Developer at TACA from March 2006 to December 2008, Ana developed applications and provided operational support. Ana holds a Product Management Certificate from Product School, a Master’s degree in Project Management from Universidad Europea del Atlántico, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas'.
