Bruno Sbardellini Cossi

Bruno Sbardellini Cossi is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate governance, currently holding the position of Head of Corporate Governance (a.i.) and Senior Corporate Governance Officer at IDB Invest since May 2017. Prior to this role, Bruno served as a Partner and Associate at TozziniFreire Advogados from December 2004 to May 2017, and worked as a Visiting International Attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP from September 2011 to August 2014. Additionally, Bruno contributed to academia as a Corporate Law Professor at Insper from April 2015 to May 2017.
