Erick Chaves

Erick Chaves is an experienced professional currently serving as a Disbursement Analyst at IDB Invest since March 2023. Previously, Erick held the position of Collections Manager at Arias from June 2017 to April 2022, where responsibilities included leading the Costa Rica Collection Department, liaising with clients across North America, Europe, and Latin America, and managing revenue projections and reporting. Erick's career also includes roles such as Project Assistant at Universidad de Costa Rica, where coordination of national development plans and management indices occurred, and Administrative Assistant at the Ministry of Presidency, contributing to the National Open Government Strategy. Earlier experience includes an internship as a Legal Assistant at FSV Law. Erick Chaves holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Universidad de Costa Rica and is currently pursuing further education at the same institution.
