Juan Carlos Reboulen

Juan Carlos Reboulen is an experienced professional in the infrastructure, energy, and telecom sectors, currently serving as the Resource Mobilization Lead at IDB Invest since October 2017. This position involves promoting sustainable economic development through finance for private sector projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to IDB Invest, Juan Carlos held the role of Investment Officer at Citi from June 2013 to September 2017, where strategic advisory services were provided for significant M&A transactions. Earlier experience includes a summer associate position at Santander Investment Securities Inc. and a corporate development management role at the National Infrastructure Bank, where Juan Carlos was instrumental in establishing the first strategic planning unit and implementing key international infrastructure programs. Juan Carlos holds an MBA from Esade and a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a specialization in finance from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
