Monica Salazar is currently working at IDB Invest as an Equity and Mezzanine - Investment Officer. Previously, Monica has experience working as a Private Equity Analyst at CAF -Banco de Desarrollo de América Latina- and as a Private Equity Intern at CAF - Latin America Bank of Development. Monica also holds a Master's degree in Economic Development and Growth with a concentration in Latin America from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
