Currently serving as a Commissaris at Van Spaendonck and a STAK bestuurder at Edens Plants & Creations, Groenendaal is also a co-founder and owner of Mviewplus, specializing in unique glass solutions. As the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Rabobank West Betuwe, Groenendaal plays a significant role in the regional banking sector. Additionally, Groenendaal holds positions on the supervisory board of ROC Rivor and serves as a business mentor for nlgroeit. Past experience includes co-ownership of Metaglas Groep, a leading company in architectural glass solutions, and prior leadership roles in the construction sector. Groenendaal's academic credentials include a Master's in Economics from the University of Amsterdam and a Master's degree from TIAS School for Business and Society.
