Helga Szűr

Helga Szűr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service design and recruitment, currently serving as Head of Service Design at IDBC Creative Solutions since November 2019. Responsibilities include managing process development, automation, system analysis, IT support, and project management. Previous roles include Service Designer and Recruitment Team Leader, specializing in IT infrastructure and team management. Helga has also held IT Recruiter positions at both Violet Consulting Ltd. and BDO Hungary, where recruitment efforts focused on IT professionals and various corporate roles. Helga holds a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Eötvös Loránd University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Budapest Business University.
