Dr. Jonathan Feffer

Dr. Jonathan Feffer is an accomplished innovation strategy expert with extensive experience consulting for US and Israeli organizations since 2015 through Feffer Consulting. Currently serving as a startup mentor and panel judge at Harvard Innovation Labs and an innovation consultant for the Israeli Air Force, Dr. Feffer applies a unique 4X4 mentoring model at the IDF’s special search and rescue unit, 669. As an adjunct professor at IDC Herzliya and New York University, Dr. Feffer teaches courses in Innovation Management and Organizational Behavior, respectively. Previous roles include marketing director at VUE and founder of People NPO, a national organization dedicated to community empowerment. Dr. Feffer holds advanced degrees in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, and Human and Organizational Development from esteemed institutions, alongside coaching training.
