Alan Webber

Alan Webber possesses extensive experience in national security, technology awareness, and customer engagement. Currently serving as Program Vice President for both National Security and Customer Experience & Digital Engagement Platforms at IDC since 2014, Webber also holds a position as Program Manager and Senior Adjunct Lecturer at the Naval Postgraduate School. Involvement with the Boy Scouts of America as an Executive Board Member began in 2023. Prior roles include Fellowship at the FBI Academy focused on technology and terrorism, partnership at Altimeter Group, and principal analyst at Forrester. Webber's career began with the US Army and includes various strategic and analytical positions across notable organizations such as the Department of the Interior and the National Science Foundation. Webber's academic credentials include an ABD in Public Policy from The George Washington University and multiple degrees in Political Science, Economics, and Natural Resources Management from Colorado State University.
