Cecile Masquelier

Cecile Masquelier is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades across various roles and industries. Currently serving as a Happiness Ambassador and Well-Being Strategist at The Joyful Me since January 2024, Cecile also holds the position of Senior HR Business Partner for the Middle East, Africa, and Turkiye at IDC since September 2018. Previous roles include HRBP positions at ACINO and AstraZeneca, as well as extensive work in HR advisory and analysis at Chalhoub Group. An enriching sabbatical year involved global travel and cultural immersion, while a dedicated period as a full-time mother coincided with completing a master's in HRM. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws from Université libre de Bruxelles and a master's in European Employment and Social Security Laws.
