Holly Muscolino serves as the Group Vice President of Workplace Solutions at IDC, leading teams focused on document-related technologies and global work transformation. With a rich background that includes roles as Global Lead of IDC Future of Work Practice and Research VP covering intelligent process automation, Holly's expertise spans various aspects of the Future of Work. Previously, Holly held senior positions at Mimeo.com and Global Document Solutions, where innovative marketing strategies were successfully implemented. Holly's extensive experience also includes founding new practice areas at InfoTrends and managing products and channel strategies at Cascade Systems Inc. and Harlequin, Inc. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Computer Systems Engineering from Boston University and a Bachelor’s in Pre-veterinary Science from the University of Connecticut. Current engagements involve serving as Associate Director and Grant Writer for the Eastern Rhode Island Conservation District and as Treasurer for Newport Sings.
