Lou Reinemann is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer care and technical operations. Currently serving as the Research Director for Voice of the Customer at IDC since April 2022, Lou previously held multiple leadership roles at SmartBear, including Vice President of Customer Care and Director of Customer Success.
