Stephen Vass

Stephen Vass is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in overseeing HR strategies and operations across Asia Pacific. Since July 2002, Stephen has served as Vice President of Human Resources at IDC Asia Pacific, leading various HR functions and reporting directly to the global Chief People Officer. Previously, as Global Director of Human Resources & Operations at IDEAglobal, Stephen implemented management initiatives on a global scale, collaborating closely with the CEO. Stephen's career began as a Financial Recruiter at D & R Associates Inc./DTI, where skills in talent sourcing were developed, and was further refined as Director of Operations at SPoT Coffee. Stephen holds advanced degrees in Economics from Buffalo State University and has also pursued doctoral studies at Brown University and the University at Buffalo.
