Lizelle Masson

Lizelle Masson currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Asia Pacific at Metso, leading HR strategy and programs to enhance employee performance and engagement since May 2023. Previously, Lizelle held similar leadership roles at Metso Outotec and its predecessor, Outotec, where responsibilities included driving the global people strategy and supporting local HR activities across various regions, including Sub-Saharan Africa. Lizelle's extensive experience in HR includes positions focused on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development, beginning with roles at Larox and BVi Consulting Engineers. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from the University of Pretoria, complemented by executive training in leadership from INSEAD and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
