Arini Imamawati

Arini Imamawati currently serves as an Independent Commissioner and Chairwoman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee at PT. Wicaksana Overseas International Tbk. Since August 2023, Arini has also been a member of the Audit, Risk and Governance Committee at Mandiri Sekuritas, alongside roles on the Audit Committees of IDClear, ITSEC Asia, and PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk, all of which started in 2023. Formerly, Arini was an Audit Committee Member at PT. Bank ICBC Indonesia until July 2023 and held the position of Financial Controller at PT Chandra Sakti Utama Leasing in early 2021. From October 2014 to February 2021, Arini worked at Danareksa as the Head of Finance and Head of Internal Audit. Arini's earlier experiences include serving as an Audit Committee Member at PT DAHANA (Persero) and Danareksa. Arini holds a degree from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, earned between 2010 and 2012.
