Maria Gassel Hecht

Maria Gassel Hecht is currently the Quality & Safety Director at IDE Technologies, specializing in water desalination technology and projects. Prior to this role, Maria held various positions at Netafim and Tosaf compounds, focusing on project management, supplier quality, and quality management. Maria holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Materials Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
