Sean Hritz

Sean Hritz has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Sean began their career in 1996 as a Credit Analyst for Public Finance at Wells Fargo (formerly First Union National Bank). In 1999, they moved to Merrill Lynch (formerly Banc of America Securities, LLC) as an Investment Banker, where they worked on all aspects of tax exempt bond financings. In 2004, they joined Bank of America as a Commercial Underwriter - Middle Market, where they were responsible for underwriting commercial credit facilities with debt needs in excess of $5 million and/or revenues in excess of $20 million. In 2007, they joined SunTrust Bank as a Commercial Relationship Manager, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships for a portfolio of commercial clients. In 2008, they joined Israel Discount Bank as a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, where they were responsible for growing the loan portfolio for the Bank in the South Florida Market. In 2010, they moved to Nexus Associates, LLC as Vice President of Sales and Operations. In 2011, they joined BFS Capital as Senior Director Underwriting, where they were the key underwriting representative in matters involving the senior leadership team and the primary decision maker on commercial loans between $150K - $2MM for throughout the United States. In 2018, they joined Idea Financial as Vice President of Credit and Risk. Sean is currently Vice President of Credit and Risk at LevelEsq.

Sean Hritz received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Miami Herbert Business School in 1996, with a focus in Finance, General. Sean also obtained their Bachelor's Degree from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business in 1993, with a focus in Finance, General.
