Rafe Wilkinson

Rafe Wilkinson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and mentorship across various sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at CEO Coaching International since April 2018, Rafe also holds the position of Venture Partner at IDEA Fund Partners and serves as a Mentor at Startup Virginia. From 2002 to July 2017, Rafe was the CEO of ODS Security Solutions, and previously held a retired position within the NFL Players Association from 1987 to 1989. Rafe Wilkinson earned a degree from the University of Richmond from 1983 to 1987.
