Adrian Sena

Adrian Sena currently serves as the Sr. Assistant Principal of Operations at IDEA Public Schools, where responsibilities include managing daily operations across two campuses and achieving operational excellence in various non-instructional areas. Prior to this role, Adrian held the position of Operations Supervisor at Republic Services, successfully leading a reroute project that generated significant cost savings. Adrian's extensive career in the United States Marine Corps included roles such as Airfield Operations Manager and Aviation Operations Manager, overseeing large teams and substantial military assets. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate degree in Accounting from Hawaii Pacific University.
