Alethea Lee-Duncan

Alethea Lee-Duncan currently serves as the Founding PK-8 Principal at IDEA Public Schools since May 2021 and holds the title of Academy Principal. Additionally, Alethea has been a Teacher Development and Systems Support Specialist at Thriving Leaders Collaborative, LLC since August 2016. Alethea's extensive experience in education also includes roles at Dallas Independent School District, where Alethea has worked as an Educator and Assistant Principal since June 2002. Alethea holds a Master's degree in Educational Administration from the University of North Texas.
