Lorraine Bernal

Lorraine Bernal currently serves as Principal at IDEA Public Schools since July 2023. Prior to this, Lorraine held multiple leadership roles at KIPP Texas Public Schools from July 2017 to July 2023, including Instructional Leadership Recruitment Manager, Principal, and Assistant Principal. Lorraine was also the Principal at SAISD - Huppertz Elementary from July 2014 to June 2017. Lorraine earned a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University Texas (2007-2009) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The University of Texas at San Antonio (1999-2001).
