Ian Widdowson

Ian Widdowson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ian is currently the Director of Partners and Key Accounts in the Life Sciences sector at Ideagen, where they focus on exceeding sales targets, executing joint business plans, and increasing product/platform adoption. Prior to this, Ian held the position of Director of Business Development at Viedoc, where they spearheaded strategic initiatives to expedite clinical trials in the CRO and Sponsor market. Ian has also worked at Ideagen Plc, serving as Global Relationship Manager for Life Science Enterprise Accounts and later as Global Strategic Account Manager for the same sector. In these roles, they successfully built and sustained revenue streams by fostering relationships with key clients and implementing strategic account planning. Before joining Ideagen, Ian held positions such as Senior Account Manager at Ideagen's Healthcare division, Business Development Manager at besley & copp, Business Development Manager at Plumtree Group, and Sales Manager at Mailmate Medical Forms. In these roles, they focused on building relationships with clients, identifying customer requirements, and achieving business objectives.
