Spencer Pheasant

Spencer Pheasant is an accomplished engineering professional with a strong background in manufacturing and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Ideal Cabinetry since March 2018, Spencer oversees maintenance and engineering activities while implementing successful strategies that have significantly increased cabinet production and reduced costs. Promoted to Lead Engineer within two years, achievements include boosting daily production from 300 to over 1,000 units and restructuring departments to save $330,000 annually. Prior experience includes an internship at RND Automation & Engineering LLC, where Spencer gained hands-on skills in CNC machining and quality control. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts from St. Petersburg College.
