Matt Kruse

Matt Kruse serves as the Recruiting & Marketing Coordinator at Ideal Completion Services Inc. since April 2022, focusing on attracting top talent and enhancing brand visibility. Previously, Matt held the position of Account Manager, offering client support through Flowback & Well Testing personnel and related services. In addition, Matt has been involved with Western Oklahoma State College as a Volunteer Assistant Baseball Coach since 2013. Matt's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Bellevue University, along with studies at several other institutions, culminating at Papillion-LaVista High School.
