Terry Medley is a seasoned safety management professional with extensive experience in overseeing site safety across various industries. Since January 2010, Terry has served as the Senior Safety Manager at Ideal Contracting, LLC, ensuring safety protocols for both the company and its subcontractors. Previously, from June 2012 to October 2014, Terry was the Project Safety Manager for DTE Energy, managing safety for contractors on significant projects. Earlier career roles include Firefighter Medical First Responder at Ford Motor Company, General Foreman at Midwest Steel, Inc., and various positions within Ironworkers Local 25 and Steel Con, involved in major construction projects. Terry's military service as a Sergeant in the 82nd Airborne US Army strengthens a foundation of leadership and safety expertise. Educational credentials include a degree in Fire & Safety from Michigan State University, an Associate's degree in Industrial Management from Baker College, and completion of courses at the Ironworkers Apprentice School and the United States Army NCO Academy.
