Sara Kubiak

Sara Kubiak has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sara is currently working as the IT Director of Business Relations at IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC. Prior to this, they held the role of IT Business Relationship Manager and Service Desk Manager at Cree Lighting from 2019 to 2022. In this role, they acted as a liaison between IT and various departments, managing project escalations and requests for enhancements. Before that, they were an IT Business Relationship Manager at Cree from 2016 to 2019, where they built strong relationships with business users and handled IT-related issues. Additionally, they worked as a Senior System Analyst, prioritizing IT requests and managing the workload for IT developers. Earlier in their career, they worked at Ruud Lighting, Inc. as a System Analyst and Internship Coordinator from 1997 to 2011, where they analyzed changes to a custom ERP system and worked closely with programmers on design and testing. Sara also worked as a Programmer, writing programs for the ERP system and providing training to business users.

Sara Kubiak obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, with a focus on Management Information Systems and Operations Management, from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh between the years 1990 and 1995. Sara also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2020.
