Gerd Jan Tschoepe

Gerd Jan Tschoepe currently serves as the Head of Corporate Platform and Agile Coach at idealo internet GmbH since October 2020. Previously, Gerd Jan held the position of Lead Agile Coach at Ada Health from April 2019 to September 2020, where responsibilities included coaching product strategy execution and facilitating large workshops. Gerd Jan’s experience also includes roles as an Agile Coach at Leanovate GmbH and Native Instruments, where expertise in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban was developed while coaching teams and conducting training. Earlier career highlights include serving as Branch Manager at tarent solutions GmbH, managing project teams, and initiating project management practices. Gerd Jan began a professional journey as a Research Assistant at Humboldt University of Berlin, following the completion of a Diplom in Organizational Psychology from Freie Universität Berlin.
