Irina Bovina

Irina Bovina is an experienced professional in sports management and legal counsel, currently serving as the Founder of IBM-Sports, an international sports management agency focusing on professional soccer since August 2023. As a Founding Partner at Of-African since August 2022 and at Global B2B SAAS Enterprise since February 2008, Irina has demonstrated strong leadership abilities. Previous legal roles include Head of Legal and Legal Counsel positions at Young Energy Prize S.A., OJSC Yamal LNG, and OJSC Tambeyneftegas from 2006 to 2013, alongside a legal assistant role at International Legal Counsels PC from 2002 to 2004. Irina also held the position of Director at EASI Tennis Academy from 2000 to 2001. Educational qualifications include attending American University from 1999 to 2002.
