Jeff Sophiea

Jeff Sophiea has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Account Manager and New Business Development at Allstate in 2015. Jeff then joined IdealTraits Inc. in 2015, where they served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, contributing to the development of the successful IdealRecruit division. During this time, they built strong client relationships and fulfilled their hiring needs. Jeff later transitioned to the position of Senior Sales Executive at IdealTraits Inc., where they worked directly with Insurance Agency Owners, Recruiters, and District Managers to streamline the hiring process for their businesses. Jeff then took on the role of Senior Team Lead, leading a sales team of 4-7 individuals to meet new business production goals and achieving their own revenue targets. Currently, Jeff serves as a Partner at IdealTraits Inc., starting in October 2022.

Jeff Sophiea earned their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Adrian College, completing their studies from 2014 to 2018.
