Paula Knevitt

Paula likes to create order out of chaos, building structures and a path to help teams achieve goals. With one foot in each of the creative and organizational spheres, Paula understands — and overcomes — project challenges. Her education in psychology and background in business coaching, combined with her love of climbing — indoor for convenience and outdoor whenever and wherever she can — serve her well as she’s the calm, cool head keeping teams on track to achieve a project’s vision.

She was co-founder at a digital design firm in the UK and had a decade of experience in project and account management before relocating to the US and landing immediately at IOP. Originally from leafy Buckinghamshire in England, and now living in Astoria, Queens, Paula and her husband [ad]venture outdoors as much as possible — rock climbing, running and paragliding.

Paula has a degree in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London and is PRINCE2 qualified. As an added bonus for her clients, she also has a professional diploma in Counseling & Psychotherapy.
