Ratika Naidu is a Revenue Optimization Data Analyst at IDeaS Revenue Solutions, where Ratika implements revenue management strategies to increase overall revenue. Prior to this role, Ratika worked at Uber Hospitality Ventures Pvt Ltd as a Senior Associate Revenue Optimization Data Analyst and Food and Safety officer. Ratika also has experience as a Food Technologist at Little Italy and as a Student Researcher at Central India Institute of Medical Science. Ratika holds a Master of Science in Biochemistry from Nagpur University and is currently pursuing an Executive Certificate in Applied Business Analytics from Indian School of Business.
