Richard Kutch, CRME, CHDM is a seasoned professional in revenue management and client training, currently serving as a Client Training Specialist at IDeaS Revenue Solutions since July 2019. Previously, Richard held significant roles at Marriott International and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., where contributions included the integration of Starwood into Marriott's systems and the development of Starwood’s first centralized revenue management service. With a strong background in training global teams and enhancing revenue strategies across various hotel brands, Richard has demonstrated expertise in increasing revenue capture and optimizing revenue management operations. Richard holds a Master of Science in Hospitality Administration/Hotel Real Estate Development from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
