Laura Wolff

Laura Wolff has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Laura began their career as a Senior Editor at The Free Press, Macmillan Publishing Company in 1980 and held this position until 1988. From 1988 to 2015, they worked at the Robert Sterling Clark Foundation, initially as a Senior Program Officer, then as Acting Executive Director, and ultimately as the Program Director. In this role, they directed a $1.5 million grants program focused on improving policies and programs in areas such as human services, education, healthcare, and urban planning. In 2015, Laura became an Independent Program and Strategy Consultant. Most recently, in September 2018, they joined ideas42 as the Director of the NYC Behavioral Design Center, where they raised funds and established the center to provide workshops and consultations to help nonprofits apply behavioral science insights.

Laura Wolff attended Harvard University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Social Relations. Laura also pursued further education at New York University, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Psychology.
