Álexandra Làssance is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership development. Currently serving as HR & Facilities Director at idea!zarvos since January 2022 and as a Leadership & Career Development Mentor at H2+ Lab since February 2021, Álexandra has previously held significant roles such as Senior Diversity and Inclusion Advisor at TargetRH leadership search and Partner at Portland, where strategic talent inclusion initiatives were developed. With a foundational career at credsystem as Head of HR and at Santander Brasil as HR Business Partner, Álexandra has focused on organizational culture transformation, executive compensation projects, and change management during mergers.
