Mauricio Mendez

Mauricio Mendez has work experience as a Solutions Architect at iDeliver Technologies LLC starting from October 2012. In this role, they designed and implemented integrated solutions for customers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Mauricio also contributed to the design and delivery of solutions that supported the critical needs of the business and worked with global project teams to ensure long-term compatibility.

Prior to that, Mauricio worked as a Technical Consultant at Hewlett-Packard from November 2009 to November 2012. In this role, they provided technical support, installations, maintenance, and upgrades of HPE Products, specializing in HP Quality Center/ALM. Mauricio conducted trainings for clients on HP Quality Center/ALM and handled complex customer escalations, collaborating with R&D to ensure customer satisfaction.

Mauricio Mendez has a diverse education history with a focus on business analytics and cybersecurity. In 2010, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. In 2014, they earned a certification in HP AIS - Application Lifecycle Management v11.X from Hewlett-Packard.

From 2021 to 2022, Mauricio pursued multiple educational opportunities. Mauricio completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Project Management at EUDE Business School. During the same period, they also undertook a specialization program in Enterprise Cybersecurity Administration at Tecnológico de Costa Rica. Additionally, they engaged in studies at Cisco Networking Academy, acquiring skills in CCNA CyberOps Associate.

Most recently, from an unspecified year until 2023, Mauricio enrolled in an educational program at INCAE Business School, specializing in Business Analytics for Decision Making. Mauricio successfully obtained a certification in this field in February 2023.

It is worth noting that Mauricio Mendez also holds a certification as a CyberOps Associate from Cisco, which they acquired in April 2022.
