Julien Posseme

Julien POSSEME is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience at IDEMIA since February 2010, currently serving as the Global Head of Legal for the Travel & Transport Business Line and APAC Legal Lead for IDEMIA Public Security. Responsibilities include managing legal teams across multiple regions, overseeing trade compliance and export control, and acting as the Data Protection Officer for Singapore. Julien has a strong background in contractual matters, having successfully negotiated high-stakes litigations and complex public procurement projects in the travel and border control sectors. Previous experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at SAFRAN - Snecma. Julien holds an LLM in Business Law from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and has completed auditing courses in Contract Law at Singapore Management University.
